Ratae Bureau in Ledecestrescire
The Ratae Bureau is located within the city of Ledecestre toward the northeastern district. To enter, players need to look for a stone courtyard with a suspended load of rocks hanging over a breakable wooden floor. Shooting the pulley drops the weight, opening a vertical shaft that leads directly down into the ancient subterranean chambers.
Inside the ruin, players will find the Codex Page along with the Hidden Ones Gloves contained in a gear chest. Navigating the dark hallways requires a wall torch or the Odin's Sight ability to spot hidden crawlspaces along the base of the walls. Be sure to check surrounding desks for key keys and additional minor loot before exiting.
Londinium Bureau in Lunden
Situated in the northeastern corner of Lunden, the Londinium Bureau is hidden behind high wooden palisade walls near a Roman amphitheater. Accessing the interior requires climbing the tall timber walls and diving into a deep pool of water located inside the circular ruin perimeter. Swimming underwater leads directly past submerged archways to the main inner sanctuary.
Once inside, players must shoot an explosive red jar through a metal grate to blow open a barricaded doorway. Clearing this obstacle grants access to the chest containing the Hidden Ones Mask and another essential manuscript piece. Returning to this area later provides a great vantage point when completing city missions in Lunden.
Eboracum Bureau in Eurvicscire
Deep within Jorvik, the Eboracum Bureau can be accessed by investigating a graveyard located near the center of the town. A wooden floor plank covers the entrance hole, which can be broken with a basic melee attack or ranged arrow. Dropping into the water below leads through a series of flooded tunnels requiring careful navigation to reach dry ground.
Passing through the main hall brings Eivor to the primary vault housing the Hidden Ones Robe. Players will need to find a key hidden on top of a nearby bookcase to open the locked door leading to the main reward chamber. Exploring every corner of this atmospheric site offers great insight into the ancient Assassin lore in Northern England.
Temple of Ceres Bureau in Glowecestrescire
Found far to the west in the Forest of Denu, the Temple of Ceres Bureau sits amidst overgrown Roman pillars and crumbling statues. The entry path begins through a large doorway in the main ruins, leading down into tunnels filled with toxic green gas. Carrying a torch allows players to clear the hazardous mist temporarily while navigating the narrow passages.
Breaking through a fragile wooden barrier at the end of the gas-filled hallway opens the final chest room containing the Hidden Ones Leggings. Gathering all six codex pages from these various locations allows players to return to Ravensthorpe and turn them in to Hytham to complete the Brotherhood storyline.
